The Individual Savings Plan covers any 1 person, up to 1 person per household.

Couples Savings Plan

$250 per year

The Couples Savings Plan covers any 2 people, up to 2 people per household.

Family Savings Plan

$300 per year

The Family Savings Plans covers the family, up to 4 people per household.

Program Guidelines

• The Orange Estates Dental Dental Savings Plan gives our patients 10% off dental services for 12 consecutive months starting the day the plan is purchased.
• Payment is due when the appointment is scheduled.
• This savings plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan.
• This savings plan cannot be used in conjunction with any office promotions.
• Non-refundable
• Excludes dental products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, whitening gel, etc...)
